Applicants must be members of the IET and have paid their subscription at the time of application.
The table below provides information on the Rupee rate.   All fees are non-refundable with the exception of the appeal fee.

*In order to provide sufficient evidence, some candidates may be invited to proceed via a technical report route.  The technical report route will require an additional fee which will be provided at the time of invitation.

Engineering Council Entrance fee
Successful applicants names will be added to the Engineering Council’s list of registered engineers.   The Engineering Council Charges an entrance fee which is collected by the IET upon confirmation of registration.

If you wish to pay by Rupee cheque or bank draft, please send the payment page of your renewal notice together with your cheque/bank draft to:
